6.) Have you appeared on the Jerry Springer Show? (If YES add 10 points, If NO subtract 5 points)
7.) Are you more than 6 months pregnant at this moment? (If YES add 5 points, If NO subtract 2 points)
8.) Do you shop at Walmart? (If YES add 2 points, If NO subtract 2 points)
9.) Do you work at Walmart? (If YES add 10 points, If NO subtract 2 points)
10.) Do you think you will have trouble adding the points on this test? (If YES add 6 points, if NO subtract 6 points)

The Requirements:
All models must be at least 18 years of age and be able to prove it.
All models must have access to a good quality digital camera and be able to take good, clear photos. (No dates, writing, watermarking, etc. is allowed on any pics.) Photos must be a minimum of 600x400 pixels (no max) and you must submit 10-12 photos per set. All submitted photos become the property of Sewerside Girls. Models are not paid for their photographs at this time.
